What do I
need to know before an IT Expert visits my home?
An individual at least 18 years of age must be present during the entire time
period that services are provided. The IT Expert must receive full access to
your computer(s) and/or peripheral(s) to be services, access to your residence,
your consent and cooperation to enter your residence, a safe working
environment, working space, and electrical power.

What should I
expect when an IT Expert visits my home?
All IT Experts are highly trained and experienced consultants of IT Solution
Professionals (ITSP). Upon arrival, IT Experts are required to provide proper
identification verifying himself or herself as an employee of ITSP. IT Experts
will interview you for the purpose of obtaining further information pertinent to
the At Home service visit. Upon completion, the IT Expert will provide an
understandable and concise verbal and written statement presenting the
particular facts and conclusion methods or procedures used to rectify the
problem.
